Head of Portfolio Managers Group
We are responsible for the full lifecycle and economics of key retail segments: Split (BNPL), Super Split (credit card), and cash loans. Our goal is to grow the portfolio while maintaining the optimal balance between profitability and risk.
Previously, management of these products was distributed among several managers. Now we have grown, and for further development and creating synergy between products, we need a unified strategic center.
Team Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration You will lead a group of 3–5 portfolio managers: setting goals (KPIs) for them, conducting reviews, mentoring, and developing employees. You will work closely with risk, marketing, sales, IT, and finance teams to align and implement initiatives.
Credit Portfolio Management You will develop and implement portfolio management strategies for cash loans, credit cards, and BNPL services to increase profitability, optimize risks, and grow market share.
Portfolio Analysis You will regularly analyze the portfolio: assess product profitability, conduct vintage analysis, and forecast key risk metrics (NPV, CoR), study customer behavior, their LTV and churn, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition and sales channels.
Market Monitoring and Product Improvement You will need to track market trends, competitor actions, and new technologies in retail lending. You will initiate and manage development projects to improve our products: optimize pricing, change limit policies, launch promotions, develop loyalty programs, and handle cross-selling and upselling.
Reporting and Planning You will prepare regular portfolio status reports for bank management and participate in budgeting and forecasting.
