We are looking for a SMO (Shopping) at T-Bank (formerly Tinkoff).
The team works with the non-financial services of the T-Bank ecosystem: travel (hotels and flights), food and grocery delivery, fuel, car sales in the app, a product marketplace, and the T-Ads advertising platform.
These services cover customers' daily needs and strengthen the bank's ecosystem: they increase LTV, improve app usage frequency, enhance retention, and create additional value for financial products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a three-year marketing strategy for the development of non-financial services within the ecosystem
- Identify key growth points: new customer segments, usage scenarios, service bundles, and ecosystem mechanics
- Prioritize directions based on business potential, impact on retention, and long-term customer value
- Formulate the marketing vision for the vertical as an independent business direction within the ecosystem
- Together with business leaders and product teams, define investment priorities and allocate the marketing budget
- Make decisions based on unit economics, return on investment, and impact on long-term customer value
- Build a system for forecasting growth and evaluating the effect of marketing initiatives
- Formulate the marketing structure for the vertical: growth development, customer base management, brand communications, analytics, research
- Lead a team of heads of departments and develop the management team
- Establish processes for prioritization, goal setting, and operational management
- Ensure effective interaction between marketing and product, analytics, commercial, and technology teams
Requirements:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in building and implementing a long-term growth strategy
- You have experience managing marketing for a large digital business at the level of Marketing Director or Head of Growth
- You have experience working with metrics for retention, churn, frequency, penetration, and cross-selling
- You have experience managing large cross-functional teams
- You understand the principles of ecosystem models and multi-product development
- You understand approaches to growth through product and customer lifecycle management
- You can analyze the market through the lens of segments, needs, and customer scenarios
