The online tipping service netmonet is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to take full responsibility for marketing: strategy, performance, brand, content, and team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and launch strategic projects: new segments, markets, partnerships, growth mechanics
- Manage unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROI, Retention) — not just calculate, but make data-driven decisions
- Strengthen the brand in B2B and B2C: PR, media, partnerships, industry events
- Develop content strategy and distribution: social media, email, push, blog, special projects
- Develop performance marketing: SEO, paid traffic, CRM, email, affiliate programs
- Develop the external advertising function: from product to sales
- Collaborate with product and sales teams
- Manage the company's reputation in the professional community and public sphere
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a Marketing Director/Head of Marketing position
- Proven multi-fold metric growth — backed by data
- Deep expertise in digital marketing and brand management
- Experience managing a team of 10+ people
- Plus: experience with B2B + B2C (SaaS, fintech, HoReCa), understanding of CPA/RevShare, scaling experience.
