Head of Partner Relations Department.
Responsibilities will include: — management of a department with a strategically important direction for the business; — department budget - 30 billion rubles; — transformation and automation of processes; — building a system of analytics and control; — team development and improving interaction efficiency between departments; — strategic negotiations and developing relationships with telecom operators and partners; — participation in RCS product development together with the CPO.
Who we are looking for: — a leader with experience in managing large B2B/B2O-directions; — a person who can simultaneously think strategically and deeply dive into operational tasks; — a strong negotiator; — a leader who can build processes, teams, and a data-driven decision-making system; — experience in telecom / IT and implementing AI tools in business processes will be an advantage.
