A biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca is looking for a Head of Corporate Event Management.
Role Purpose: Strategy and flawless execution of key corporate events and business travel management in compliance with budgets, deadlines, policies, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organization of key events: brief collection, ToR and timeline development, budget approval, venue inspection, participant list creation, logistics and communication coordination, execution control, post-event evaluation, and procedure updates.
- Business travel management: service quality and policy compliance control, analysis of employee and assistant feedback, user support, travel procedure updates, and implementation.
- Budget and financial planning: planning and execution control, work with financial cycles, contract and primary document support, project reporting.
- Team and leadership: regular coaching sessions and mentoring, goal and priority setting, workload, working time, leave, and business trip control, payroll management within limits.
- Compliance and quality control: regular monitoring of checks and process compliance, conducting explanatory online meetings, corrective actions.
- Promo logistics: schedule of promotional material delivery stages, deadline and risk monitoring, interaction with related functions.
- Vendor interaction: SLA and quality control.
- Document flow and reporting: application and agreement support, regular checks of registers and payment documents, storage and updating of reporting and SOPs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5–7+ years in corporate event management; business travel management experience is mandatory.
- Competencies: strong project management, financial literacy, experience with procedures and compliance.
- Leadership: experience in managing and developing a team, effective stakeholder interaction.
- Tools: proficiency in Office 365; confident work with registers, reports, and online event platforms.
- Languages: Russian fluent; English fluent.
- Education: higher education in management, communications, or economics.
