Who you will manage

Under your supervision - the existing team: 2 sales managers (working with wholesale buyers). The planned department staff is 3 employees. Your task is either to develop the current managers to the required performance level or to strengthen the team by hiring new employees. In any case - to build processes and bring the team to a stable result.

What you will do

• Manage the sales department: set plans, control their execution
• Develop the team — train, grow, and hire new managers if necessary.
• Monitor the quality of CRM (Bitrix24), sales funnel, and client base
• Moderate the preparation of commercial proposals, invoices, and contracts
• Agree on terms with key clients, participate in negotiations with authorized persons (LPR)
• Keep track of accounts receivable, payments, and shipments
• Coordinate work with logistics, accounting, and warehouse departments
• Analyze sales, identify growth points
• Prepare reports and forecasts for the department
• Resolve complex situations and handle challenging clients
• Pricing and profitability calculation

Who we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience managing a B2B sales department
• Experience managing a team, not just personal sales
• Proficient with Bitrix24
• Understanding of pricing and profitability calculation
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously
• Remote work experience, self-discipline — ability to control the team without being physically present in the office.
