Sales Manager with English Language Skills

We are expanding our international team and looking for a Sales Manager in Krasnodar.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated salesperson who is ready to take responsibility for results, quickly integrate into work processes, and develop in an international environment. The work is structured according to a clear system with training, support at the start, and further opportunities for professional growth within the company. Competitive income level: fixed salary + bonus and commission system, total income from 80,000 ₽

Work format:

Payments twice a month / No prior experience required / Full-time employment / Schedule: 5/2 / Working hours: 8, flexible start of the day / Work format: at the employer's location

Key role tasks and responsibilities:

• Consulting clients on the services of partner companies using scripts and templates. Full support of client cases at all stages — from the first contact to the completion of work
• Collection, verification, and systematization of client information and documents
• Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system

Requirements:

• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Developed communication and organizational skills
• Ambition, motivation, and readiness to work in an international team
• Will be an advantage: experience in sales, customer support
• Readiness to undergo training and work for results
