We are currently strengthening our product and commercial block, which is why we are looking for a Product Manager in customer acquisition with experience in managing IT products, who is accustomed to making independent decisions, critically evaluating input, and working under high responsibility and multitasking conditions.
What we expect from you:
– You have 4+ years of experience in a B2B IT product company in a similar position.
– You have experience working with a subscription SaaS model.
– You can confirm with case studies improvements in metrics such as sales funnel conversion, deal cycle, churn, average check, and customer count.
– You have experience working with unit economics, you understand how to calculate/draw conclusions and use them.
– You know how to work with market trends, challenges, and limitations and understand how to apply them from a product sales perspective.

– Experience in IT B2B in the construction sector.
What you will be doing:
– Researching the B2B market: assessing market size and growth, key players, barriers, potential revenue by customer segments.
– Managing metrics: sales funnel conversion, deal cycle, churn, average check, customer count.
– Managing product unit economics data.
– Managing a team of solution engineers, as well as employees from the "customer retention" and "business development" blocks within the product department.
