We need a proactive and energetic leader who follows content trends, has excellent taste and vision, understands technology and pop culture. They should also understand how different social networks and content formats work, how to communicate with completely different audiences, especially Gen Z, be able to align creativity with strategy, and possess strong skills in working with text, visuals, and vertical video. Experience launching special projects beyond SMM such as collaborations, merchandise, offline events, etc., will be a plus. We view social media not as a narrow channel for company news, but rather as a convenient platform for distributing any brand content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the team of SMM managers, establish cross-functional interaction

• Coordinate agency work, manage the budget, and monitor KPI achievement

• Develop and adjust the strategy for MegaFon and Yota communities and brand media

• Devise and implement new ideas, mechanics, engaging content formats, and special projects that will become benchmarks for the entire market

• Oversee media promotion on social networks, seeding on Telegram, launch performance campaigns, and analyze results

Requirements

• At least 5 years in SMM, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience on the client-side for a major brand or agency experience is welcome

• Willingness to work 5/2 in the Moscow office (no hybrid or remote options available)

• Ability to work with digital analytics tools. Yandex.Metrica is mandatory, other tools are optional

• Experience working with major brands in IT, fintech, telecom, or retail

• Team management experience: hiring, onboarding, training, establishing effective interaction with other departments, maintaining a comfortable team atmosphere
