Analytical Center VTsIOM is looking for a Research Project Manager ("Youth/Education").
A role for a social research project manager focusing on youth and education.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of sociological research projects at all stages
- Preparation of commercial proposals and determination of project parameters: timelines, stages, budget, profitability
- Development of technical specifications, research methodologies, and tools
- Task assignment within the project team, monitoring, and acceptance of work results
- Preparation of reports and presentation of research findings
- Post-project support and development of proposals for cooperation
Requirements:
- Higher education in social sciences, preferably sociology, political science, or psychology
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing sociological research projects in the social sphere
- Experience with "Youth/Education" projects will be an advantage
- Desired experience working with large state-owned companies in education, NGOs, or youth organizations
- Full-cycle experience: from client communication and specification development to final reports
- Ability to independently develop research methodology and methods
- Data processing and analysis skills: SPSS, R, and other statistical packages
