What tasks await you

Support Specialists' Satisfaction You will identify and analyze the problems and needs of specialists, interact with cross-teams to improve employee satisfaction, and also develop a unified system of non-material motivation.

Employee Retention You will launch projects that will help retain employees at different stages of their work in the company. You will need to analyze reasons for attrition and propose solutions to reduce it.

Process Automation You will interact with cross-teams to create a system for automatically collecting all necessary information across different dimensions, taking into account the interests of internal stakeholders.

• Have implemented and developed large cross-team projects
• Take a proactive stance, ensure transparency of statuses and synchronization for the entire team
• Plan the work and resources of related development, design, and analytics teams
• Build trusting relationships with the team, argue your position, and present your ideas
• Know what eNPS is and how to work with it
• Feel comfortable working in a multi-tasking mode
