Galitskiy & Galitskiy** is one of Russia's most successful wine projects, founded by Sergey Galitsky and Sergey Galitsky Jr. The project has been in existence since 2016 and offers premium terroir wines that can be tasted in the best restaurants in the country, as well as purchased in SimpleWine boutiques.

We are currently looking for a specialist for the marketing department who will work with the team to create the highest quality, stylish, and premium advertising materials for the Galitskiy & Galitskiy brand.

Our ideal candidate should not only respond quickly to the requests of the marketing team but also show initiative in finding new, non-trivial solutions and producers with a focus on premium/luxury quality.

Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with the marketing team to meet all brand needs regarding advertising products: components, packaging, branded souvenirs, implementation of individual projects;
• Search for new suppliers and new solutions according to the marketing team's requests;
• Ensuring the full production cycle – from sample selection to acceptance of the manufactured batch;
• Establishing a process for uninterrupted supply of advertising products and components;
• Interaction with suppliers, including quality and delivery time control;
• Budget management and document flow for assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Ability to build and maintain effective communication and cross-functional interaction;
• Result-oriented, responsible, and attentive to details;
• Promptness, proactive approach, and readiness to work in a dynamic environment.
