🚀 CRM Manager (Fintech / Online Broker) #vacancy

I'm looking for an autonomous CRM Manager to own client lifecycle communications (Email, Push, Stories) and drive FTD Conversion & Retention.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Launch campaigns via customer .io (Email, Push, Stories).

Code templates (HTML/CSS) and manage deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).

Segment databases, run A/B tests, and adapt for LATAM.

🔹 Requirements:

📈 3+ years in CRM (1.5+ years in Fintech: Forex/CFD, Crypto).

⚙️ Hands-on with customer .io / hotspot BI tools, and MMPs.

🇬🇧 English B1+. High autonomy.
