You will work in the Business Development department: the team is responsible for implementing the company's business strategy through IT project management and creating products for functional areas. It develops and adapts the company's business processes for entering new markets.
Project: Automation of retail chain treasury processes
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Organization and management of the team:
- Estimate team tasks /cost and deadlines/, distribute workload
- Conduct team rituals: grooming, daily, sprint-planning, retro
- Regularly monitor and control the quality of the team's work results
- Establish work processes and communication within the team
- People management: hiring, motivation, development
- Organization of the delivery process:
- Conduct regular analysis of team performance and optimize its work
- Decompose tasks, including those from related teams
- Set goals for team members quarterly and conduct performance reviews
- Provide feedback on requirements fixed by the architect
Immediate goal: Form a process map for a core solution for treasury and cash flow management based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for replication.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position, full-cycle project management
- Experience in managing a team or a project/portfolio of projects
- Fundamental knowledge of the software development/implementation lifecycle, including for high-load systems
- Understanding of domain processes: financial accounting, treasury and payments management, financial asset management, settlements
- Experience with/implementation of MS Dynamics AX will be a plus
- Knowledge of the financial functionality of the MS Dynamics AX platform (versions 2009, 2012, or D365), confident knowledge of modules: Bank and Cash Management, Payment Requisitions, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax Accounting /optional
- Confident command of the Scrum agile management methodology
- Knowledge and experience in using BPMN notation, conducting business process analysis and reengineering
- English language proficiency not lower than intermediate
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of the basics of product approach
- Knowledge of typical processes and best practices in the Retail industry
- Expert knowledge in applied fields (Finance, Accounting, IFRS)
- Participation in roll-out and international projects
