Senior Direct Marketing Manager (Email and Messaging Channel Owner)
We are currently developing and strengthening our Data&Digital team, and we have an opening for you – Senior Direct Marketing Manager (Email and Messaging Channel Owner)
Key challenges and tasks:
- Managing the mass email communications calendar: receiving requests from brand managers, balancing audience load, preventing segment conflicts.
- Planning and developing direct marketing channels (email, messaging bots).
- Developing audience segmentation: RFM models, behavioral segments, micro-segmentation.
- Generating growth hypotheses: testing email subjects, message structures, segments, send times.
- Launching and analyzing A/B tests.
- Monitoring key channel metrics: deliverability, open rate, CTR, engagement depth.
- Developing and implementing trigger scenarios based on website events (in collaboration with the website Product Owner).
- Forming a roadmap for direct marketing infrastructure development: scenario automation, new integrations, CDP improvements.
- Coordinating the work of operational roles: email specialist, template designer, bot platform manager.
- Preparing regular channel reports for brand teams.
- Searching for new opportunities to grow the database and engagement: behavioral segments, retargeting, user reactivation scenarios.
You are an ideal fit if you have:
- Over 3 years of experience in direct marketing / CRM marketing / lifecycle marketing.
- Practical experience with email channels and CDP platforms.
- Understanding of segmentation principles (RFM, behavioral segmentation).
- Experience in launching A/B tests and analyzing results.
- Skills in working with marketing data and metrics.
- Experience with trigger communications and marketing automation.
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams: marketing, product, IT.
