Chat Support Specialist / Junior Support Specialist

Hi there! We are Aspirity Solution, a development studio that has been creating web and mobile applications, no-code solutions, and AI agents for clients from various fields for over 10 years. We are currently looking for a part-time chat support specialist. This is a great option for those who want to start their career in IT, develop in technical support, and gradually dive into working with logs, user requests, and interaction with the development team.

What you will do:

• Respond to user messages in chats.
• Analyze requests and document the essence of the problem.
• If possible, review logs and monitoring, for example in Grafana.
• Forward tasks and bugs to development.
• Clarify details with users and the team if there is not enough information.
• Ensure that requests are not lost and are processed correctly.

What is important:

• Proficient written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Proactiveness: it's important not to just wait for instructions, but to figure out the situation independently.
• Desire to learn and grow in IT support.
• Basic understanding of technical processes will be a plus.
• Experience with Grafana, logs, or monitoring will be an advantage, but not mandatory — the main thing is the desire to understand.

Conditions:

• Remote work format.

• Part-time employment, not full-time.

• Estimated workload: 3–5 hours per day.

• Must be available during the window from 9:00 to 21:00 Moscow time.

• User messages do not come frequently: there may be days with low load or no requests at all.

• Hourly pay.

• Up to 50,000 ₽ net per month.
