Head of Mass Recruitment for Tetrika Online School
Tetrika online school is looking for a Head of Mass Recruitment to be responsible for building client service teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a remote team of recruiters (up to 15 people);
- Fulfill mass hiring plans;
- Manage the recruitment funnel, identify growth areas in the hiring process, and implement solutions to improve conversion and selection quality;
- Analyze recruiter performance metrics;
- Develop and improve mass recruitment tools: scripts, scenarios, SLAs, etc.;
- Develop and implement a motivation system and KPIs for the recruitment team;
- Interact with internal stakeholders on hiring plans, closing deadlines, and quality;
- Set up reporting systems and work with recruitment analytics.
Candidate Profile:
- Successful experience in managing a mass recruitment team for at least 2 years;
- Experience managing teams of 12 or more people;
- Experience creating a motivation system and KPIs;
- Experience building and automating funnels;
- Ability to analyze team performance and develop strategies to increase conversion;
- Experience working with Bitrix 24.
