🧑💻Vacancy: Head of Retention (Tier‑1, iGaming)
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Head of Retention to build a client retention department from scratch in our fast-growing and ambitious iGaming company. If you have deep expertise in Tier‑1 markets, a passion for data-driven growth, and a desire to scale your own CRM system, we would be delighted to have you on the team.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Building a client retention department from scratch based on our own CRM platform. Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to maximize user retention and reactivation across different GEOs. Managing communication across all channels: Email, SMS, In‑App, Web‑Push, WhatsApp, Telegram. Audience segmentation, building personalized scenarios, conducting A/B tests, and transforming insights into revenue.
🚀 Requirements
Hands-on experience with Tier‑1 markets is mandatory. 2+ years in the iGaming industry, with at least 1 year in a Head of Retention role or a management position. Ability to build business reports (funnels, segments, communication chains) and make data-driven decisions. Experience in team building, hiring employees, and implementing effective motivation systems.
