CVM Manager (Campaign Execution Center)
The CVM Center is looking for a marketing campaign execution manager. Your mission is to ensure flawless operational launch and support of targeted marketing activities on CVM channels in the fintech domain.
What you will be doing:
- preparing and launching campaigns: testing, configuring systems, uploading and updating segments, schedules, and triggers;
- developing and configuring campaigns in SAS MA, SAS RTDM, NeiroNet, NBA: targeting parameters, priorities, frequencies, schedules;
- monitoring and controlling the quality of channels and campaigns, promptly identifying and resolving incidents;
- participating in projects to increase conversion rates and channel stability, documenting requirements and defects, conducting launch retrospectives;
- interacting with business teams in MTS's business areas: supporting launched campaigns, coordinating changes and timings, maintaining operational communication;
- working with the technical aspects of organizing execution activities: understanding event streams, writing requirements for them, etc.;
- preparing brief reports on campaign and test progress.
What we expect from the candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience in operational marketing campaign management;
- basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN);
- practical experience with SAS MA, SAS RTDM, NBA;
- understanding of the technical side of marketing campaign organization: databases (relational and non-relational), event brokers, communication systems, unified contact strategy, ETL processes, etc.;
- accuracy, responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines and in a cross-functional environment.
