Citydrive carsharing service is looking for an HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Build effective communication between the operational department and the HR function, ensuring transparency in HR decisions;
- Advise operational management on complex organizational and HR issues (discipline, motivation, retention);
- Manage the personnel budget and optimize the department's organizational structure to increase productivity;
- Plan staffing levels, taking into account seasonality and fleet scaling;
- Implement and develop onboarding, performance appraisal, training, and talent pool systems for technical specialists;
- Develop and update motivation systems (KPIs, grades) linked to operational metrics (downtime, repair quality, service speed);
- Participate in the development of HR analytics for the department (turnover, recruitment and training effectiveness);
- Participate in the automation of HR processes and federal company projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience as an HR BP/Head of HR department in companies with 500+ employees;
- Deep understanding of the specifics of mass frontline personnel (shift schedules, round-the-clock operation, high turnover, labor protection);
- Experience in managing personnel budgets (payroll) and optimizing organizational structures;
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and data-driven decision-making;
- Higher education (preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics, or a technical field with HR experience).
