IT company OnlineKassa.ru (Perviy Bit) is looking for a Branch Director to restructure the business and build the №1 team in a federal company for automating warehouse accounting, retail, and production. The goal is not just to manage, but to rebuild the business and lead it to the top.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a company development strategy.
- Rebuild and organize the efficient operation of the office.
- Build an effective sales system.
- Build a strong business process automation department.
- Become №1 in expertise, customer service, scale, and results.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT, B2B, retail automation, logistics, production as a Head of Company/Branch/Commercial Director for at least 3 years.
- Experience in systemic changes: reviewing strategy, IT system portfolio, and transforming how the business earns.
- Entrepreneurial experience and understanding of how a business operates. Experience managing your own business for at least 3 years will be a plus.
- Experience in building and implementing an effective sales management system and customer support, focused on growth and quality.
- Experience managing a team of 20+ people.
- Independence.
- Willingness to take responsibility.
- Initiative.
Conditions:
- Work location: Remote format or office in Moscow, Vorontsovskaya St. 35 A (metro Proletarskaya, Krestyanskaya Zastava)
- Work schedule: 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00
