Head of Growth / Revenue (B2B AI)

The product is strong:

AI + CRM + analytics + custom.

We deliver more than standard solutions.

The current task is scale.

We are looking for a person who will take responsibility for revenue growth.

What needs to be done:

— Assemble and scale the funnel (lead → demo → deal);

— Strengthen packaging and offer;

— Build an upsell system (increase in check size and LTV);

— Connect marketing and sales into one system;

— Quickly test and scale working hypotheses.

Important:

— Experience in B2B SaaS / AI / digital;

— Drove revenue growth, beyond marketing;

— Understands unit economics;

— Ability to sell a complex product;

— Independence (no "what to do next?" required);

— Startup experience will be a big advantage!

Work format:

— Full-time, 6/1 schedule, important to be online from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC +3);

— Flexible schedule, no fixed hours, but it’s important to be online during working hours;

— Remote or hybrid (if in Moscow).

Conditions:

— Fixed salary from $2500 to $5000;

— % of revenue growth;

— Direct impact on product and strategy, potential for significant growth in the company;

— Payments on the 1st and 16th of the month (BEP-20);

— Signing an NDA agreement (based on passport data and video verification).

We are looking for an independent and proactive specialist who quickly gets involved in work, promptly tests new approaches, and confidently moves forward without constant supervision.
