What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can build dialogue with company executives and turn cold contacts into real deals.

Main tasks:

• Make cold calls to potential clients.
• Reach out to decision-makers (CEOs, owners, commercial directors).
• Work with potential clients via phone, Telegram, and Email.
• Schedule online meetings.
• Identify business needs and propose solutions based on Camirix.
• Independently choose the most effective approach to sales and client communication.
• Maintain CRM and record interaction history with clients.
• Provide feedback for product and sales process improvement.

We expect:

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• Ability to independently build the sales process and bring clients to results.
• Ability to negotiate with company executives.
• Fluent oral and written communication.
• CRM skills.
• Willingness to work with cold client acquisition.
• Ability to handle objections.
• Independence, initiative, and result-orientation.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in selling SaaS products;
• Experience in selling CRM, ERP, or other IT solutions;
• Understanding of business process automation.

Income:

Initially, cooperation is based on a percentage of closed deals.

After achieving agreed-upon results and confirming effectiveness, a transition to a fixed salary with retained percentage motivation is possible.
