Lead Super Brand Days Manager with Chinese Language Skills
We are looking for a manager in the Brand Days area, as well as for the implementation of complex programs within the promotion/promo direction.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of promotions for brand advancement, considering seasonality and the assortment of Chinese sellers (full project implementation)
- Preparation of a promotion plan, agreement on the assortment for promotion participation, preparation of briefs and technical specifications for the creation of advertising materials, control over the conduct and effectiveness of the promotion, statistics collection and analysis)
- Interaction with the category team and marketing team for project launches
- Work with product and technical teams to test and implement new features and optimize operational processes
- Analysis of internal promotion channels and effective allocation of internal resources for brand promotion
- Analysis of the effectiveness of conducted promotions together with analysts, conducting A/B tests to optimize promotion metrics.
Requirements:
- Marketing project management skills
- Experience in building long-term relationships with sellers
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, analytics)
- Analytical mindset and understanding of business metrics and the impact of promotional activities on them (ROI, AOV, GMV, CTR, etc.)
- Result-oriented, good communication skills, ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Chinese language proficiency (HSK4+)
- English language proficiency (Upper intermediate and above).
