We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer for the "Victory" Project. The "Victory" Project is a subsidiary of S7 Holding, specializing in design work and the production of light aircraft of its own design.
Our priority areas in the support department include servicing workstations, which consist of PCs, telephony, and printers. As well as an extensive list of software used in the aviation industry.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of computing and office equipment, system software, and specialized application software;
- Working with the internal equipment accounting system and processing user requests in compliance with performance standards;
- Consulting users, interacting with other departments to resolve assigned tasks.
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience as a technical support engineer (or in a similar position) in a geo-distributed company;
- Experience with HelpDesk/ServiceDesk class ticketing systems;
- Excellent knowledge of the software and hardware of modern PCs based on Windows/Linux;
- Understanding of wired and wireless network construction principles;
- Ability to independently complete assigned tasks on time within the established SLA;
- Ability to work with large volumes of information, set priorities correctly;
- Basic technical English for reading documentation.
