Siberia is a network of premium banya complexes. We combine ancient Siberian hospitality traditions with modern high-level service.

Manul is a premium-segment gastronomic project, filled with the culture and ethnic features of Siberian peoples.

Our products are experiences, atmosphere, and guest care. We are building a network, and we need someone who can turn the client base into a systematic asset that generates measurable revenue. CRM marketing is already launched here, but it works fragmentarily and does not yield the results it is capable of. We are looking for not just an "email specialist", but a leader of the direction who has already gone through the process of building CRM from scratch or from an initial stage – and can confirm this with numbers. Preferably with experience in Premium, HoReCa / Wellness.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct an audit of the current CRM area and build it into a systematic process: strategy, mechanics, regulations, KPIs.
• Independently lead the area: from hypotheses and plan – to implementation and effect evaluation.
• Rebuild the loyalty program: make it understandable, valuable for the premium audience, and measurable for the business.
• Build database segmentation and personalized communication scenarios focused on retention and LTV growth.
• Develop communication through WhatsApp Business API and Telegram as retention and repeat sales channels.
