Head of Retention Marketing at traveltech company Ostrovok
Traveltech company Ostrovok is looking for a Head of Retention Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of retention strategies and loyalty programs: setting goals, key KPIs, implementation of comprehensive plans for retention, growth of repeat bookings, and user engagement;
- Strategic management of activation, retention, and reactivation: building a roadmap, regular work with analytics;
- Multichannel direct marketing: development, analysis, optimization of effectiveness (email, push, in-app, SMS) at all stages of the funnel;
- Management of the company's promo code and points budget;
- A/B testing and data-driven approach: launching hypotheses, analyzing results, optimizing scenarios;
- Analytics and reporting: analysis of campaign effectiveness, reporting on metrics (LTV, churn, DAU/WAU/MAU, user return);
- Budgeting and planning: budget expenditure control, search for new effective solutions, cost optimization;
- Team management and development;
- Internal communication: coordination with related departments (product, marketing, IT, analytics), development of internal standards for working with customer data.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a similar position (retention/CRM/lifecycle/loyalty marketing) in IT, e-commerce, travel, or digital;
- Mandatory experience in managing multichannel communications and analyzing customer data;
- Skills in strategic planning of retention initiatives and segmentation processes;
- Proficiency in BI tools (PowerBI/Looker/Tableau/Metabase/Google Analytics), solid understanding of LTV, churn, cohort analysis metrics;
- Ability to work with large datasets;
- Management and project management experience, ability to motivate and develop a team;
- Budgeting and cost control practice;
- Experience with modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, Mindbox, Unisender, Emarsys, etc.);
- English language at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
