CEO of Wholesale Division required at L'Etoile.
Area of Responsibility:
- Effectiveness of the Russian and international wholesale business: EBITDA, revenue, margin, contract profitability.
- Development of distribution in Russia and globally for own brands and exclusive brands approved for distribution outside the L'Etoile channel.
- Organization of search and attraction of new trendy brands to the Russian market (searching).
- Reporting directly to the General Director.
Duties:
- Organization of wholesale sales and distribution of private label brands and exclusive brands approved for distribution.
- Approval of the brand portfolio for implementation in Russia, CIS, Worldwide (WW) outside the L'Etoile channel.
- Sales and promotion strategy by channels/territories.
- Formation and implementation of commercial policy.
- Participation in promotional events (exhibitions, etc.). Search for potential clients, expansion of distribution area.
- Search for potential clients, expansion of distribution and sales area.
- Conducting negotiations. Assessment of the economic efficiency of a contract at the launch stage. Conclusion of contracts with clients.
- Ensuring processes (document flow, logistics, reporting) necessary for the execution of supply contracts in collaboration with private label departments.
- Organization of marketing activities with clients in accordance with approved marketing plans for promotion. Trade marketing.
- Development of sales under concluded contracts. Growth of secondary sales.
- Development of technical specifications for the development and promotion of the private label brand portfolio.
- Analysis of global trends, client needs, and competitive market conditions.
- Defense of the brand portfolio development strategy for external distribution.
- Development of technical specifications for brands for the private label department.
- Control of SLA execution (release schedule, quality).
- Development, in collaboration with the private label department, of an action plan for brand development.
- Overall management of the department.
- Formation of structure and staffing table.
- Budgeting.
- Operational management of the department's structures in Russia and in countries of presence.
- Setting tasks for refining processes related to service provision and sales to third parties.
- Business unit reporting.
Requirements:
- Management of a similar business unit (distribution) or wholesale department.
- Experience working with major retail chains at the level of X5, Magnit in the non-food category.
- Conducting negotiations in English.
- Experience in foreign markets is a big plus.
- Budgeting and responsibility for P&L.
- Ability to establish horizontal and matrix interaction within a large company.
- Willingness to travel for business.
