Prof-Ton Group, a supplier of tinting film, is looking for a Group CEO to manage the business across various jurisdictions and elevate the company to a new level.
UNIONDELTA is an international brand in the segment of automotive protective and tinting films (PPF, window films, windshield protection):
- Geography: Russia, UAE, China (Shanghai)
- Model: contract manufacturing + own brand + international sales
- Channels: dealers (RF and CIS), direct sales (MENA), export
- Focus: product, marketing, distribution
- Goal: increase capitalization and business value as an investment asset
This is not an operational or local role. It is a position of managing the business system through product, economics, and strategy. The key task is to build a manageable international structure and ensure sustainable growth in the business value and capitalization of the group of companies through:
- Scaling distribution
- Product and brand development
- Profitability growth
- Formation of an effective business model and its scaling across all jurisdictions
Areas of Responsibility:
Jurisdiction Management:
- Coordination of business in the RF, UAE, China, and new markets
- Structure building: Country Managers / Managing Directors
- Management through KPIs, reporting, and audits
- Synchronization of functions: sales, product, finance, logistics
Product and Assortment Management (Key Area):
Formation of a global product strategy
Group-level assortment management:
- Efficient SKU matrix (without excess assortment)
- Adaptation for different markets
Control of:
- Margins
- Inventory turnover
- SKU profitability
Implementation of a system for regular product launches
Product and Marketing as Growth Drivers:
Management of:
- Positioning
- Pricing
- Competitive strategy
Packaging products into strong market offerings
International brand development
Product → Marketing → Sales Linkage
International Distribution:
Building and scaling:
- Dealer networks
- Distributors
- Export channels
Entering new markets
Utilizing international exhibitions as a development channel:
- Finding and attracting partners
- Building a deal pipeline
- Launching new markets through offline activities
Finance and Capitalization:
- Full responsibility for the group's P&L
- Management of unit economics and cash flow
- Optimization of profit structure across jurisdictions
- Growth in business value and capitalization
Strategic Development:
- Formation of an investment-attractive business structure
- Preparing the company for interaction with investors
- Increasing transparency and manageability
- Participation in strategic partnerships and deals
Business Model and Profitability:
Formation of an effective and profitable business model
Identification of key profit drivers:
- Product
- Pricing
- Sales channels
- Cost structure
Scaling the model across all jurisdictions
Ensuring stable reproducibility of results
KPIs (12–24 months):
- Revenue growth ×2–×3
- Growth in profit and margins
- Assortment optimization (–20–40% SKU, efficiency increase)
- Reduction of inventory turnover to 50–60 days
- Launch in 3–5 new international markets
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Experience in business management with full P&L responsibility
Experience working in multiple jurisdictions
Understanding of:
- International taxation
- Double taxation avoidance agreements
- Cross-border flows
Experience in building international distribution
Strong competencies in product and marketing:
- Assortment management
- Product launches
- Pricing
Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
Experience working with Western and Eastern markets
Understanding of cross-cultural differences (Cultural Map)
Broad knowledge of global markets
Business scaling experience
