Our products help businesses to:
- analyze calls, chats, and deals;
- identify reasons for sales losses;
- control the quality of managers' communication;
- automate support and request processing;
- make management decisions based on data, not intuition.
We are currently strengthening our sales efforts and looking for a person who will be responsible for cold prospecting of new clients.
Conditions
- Salary 90,000 RUB net
- Bonus: 50,000 RUB for each sale that you independently found and brought to completion.

What you will be doing
1. Independently search for potential clients
You will:
- search for companies that can benefit from AI solutions for sales, customer service, or quality control;
- analyze the company's website, niche, sales department, and potential client pain points;
- identify key decision-makers: owners, commercial directors, heads of sales, heads of customer service;
- find contacts through open sources, databases, Telegram, websites, social networks, and other channels;
- build your own database for outreach.
2. Conduct cold outreach
You will:
- write and call potential clients;
- test different approaches and phrasing;
- bypass receptionists, administrators, and operators;
- reach the decision-maker;
- schedule initial meetings / demos;
- conduct systematic follow-up;
- record statuses and agreements in CRM.
It is important for us that the person is not afraid of cold communication and understands that results in such a role are built on regularity, discipline, and the ability to find the right approach.
3. Sell B2B products by addressing business challenges
Our products solve management challenges:
- where the company is losing money in sales;
- why clients don't close deals;
- what mistakes managers make;
- how to control the quality of calls and chats;
- where manual work can be automated;
- how management can quickly see problems in processes.
Therefore, it is important to be able to talk not only about the product but also about the client's business challenges.
4. Bring your found deals to completion
You will:
- conduct initial qualification;
- hand over strong leads for demos with the founder / team;
- participate in negotiations for your found clients;
- help manage the deal until payment;
- provide market feedback to the team.
If you found the client yourself and the deal closed, you receive a bonus for the sale.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- has at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or cold outreach;
- knows how to search for clients independently, not just work with ready-made leads;
- is not afraid of calls, rejections, and long decision-making cycles;
- can reach key decision-makers;
- understands that complex B2B products are sold by addressing pain points, financial gains, and business challenges;
- knows how to use CRM and keep track of agreements;
- is ready to test different channels and hypotheses;
- can write short, clear, and personalized messages;
- wants to earn based on results, not hours worked.
Will be a plus
It will be an advantage if you have experience:
- in IT / SaaS / AI / digital products;
- in selling complex B2B solutions;
- in selling to owners, CEOs, commercial directors, Heads of Sales;
- in consulting, automation, CRM, analytics, telephony, speech analytics;
- in independently searching for clients through Telegram, LinkedIn, websites, business clubs, databases, and cold calls.

The main task is to create new opportunities from the cold market.
This role is for someone who is comfortable with:
- searching for companies themselves;
- thinking about who to contact and with what message;
- extensive testing;
- receiving rejections;
- refining their approach;
- working for the long term;
- seeing a direct link between their activity and income.
