You will be responsible for:
Organizing the efficient operation of the sales group working with real estate agents;
Managing the team, forming it, conducting employee onboarding, development, and training;
Setting goals and objectives, monitoring their execution, conducting systematic analysis of employee performance efficiency;
Developing client development strategies.
We expect that you:
Have experience working in real estate agencies, classifieds, or with developers/construction companies;
Know sales technologies and the principles of building a sales funnel;
Have experience in team management, are able to build and monitor employee motivation and training;
Are skilled at working with data and analytical systems: analyzing, building forecasts, drawing conclusions;
Possess time-management skills and are ready to work at a fast pace;
Have experience working in cross-functional teams;
Are able to analyze and build business processes, as well as evaluate their effectiveness.
