GetTransfer, a marketplace for booking travel services for home and travel, is looking for an Chief Operating Officer to take charge of the company's strategic and operational management, business growth, product, partnerships, team, and financial results.
GetTransfer.com is an international travel-tech platform for booking transfers, chauffeured trips, and transportation services worldwide. The platform connects customers, corporate clients, and independent carriers globally, allowing users to compare driver offers, select a car, price, and trip conditions before payment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the growth strategy for GetTransfer.com in international markets.
- Be responsible for P&L, revenue, profitability, unit economics, and achievement of key business KPIs.
- Manage marketplace growth: demand, supply, conversion, retention, LTV/CAC, service quality, and acquisition channel efficiency.
- Develop the company's product, commercial, and operational models.
- Build relationships with carriers, partners, B2B clients, travel agencies, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Strengthen the company's international presence and launch new growth areas.
- Manage the team: set goals, foster an accountability culture, and improve management quality and execution speed.
- Interact with shareholders, the board of directors, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze the market, competitors, product economics, and make data-driven management decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as CEO / Managing Director / General Manager / COO / C-level executive.
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas is mandatory: travel tech, transportation, mobility, ride-hailing, marketplace, online booking platforms, B2B travel, or travel digital platforms.
- Practical experience in managing P&L and business through numbers.
- Experience scaling an international digital product, marketplace, or technology platform.
- Understanding of two-sided platform economics: supply-demand balance, marketplace liquidity, pricing, retention, unit economics, LTV/CAC.
- Experience in building partnerships, negotiating with key accounts, strategic partners, investors, or large B2B clients.
- Strong team management skills, KPI setting, execution control, and decision-making abilities.
- Working English proficiency for international negotiations, communication with partners, investors, and the team.
- Higher education; an MBA or strong business education will be an advantage.

- Experience in international expansion and launching new markets.
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C segments simultaneously.
- Experience with performance marketing, affiliate sales, supply acquisition, and customer experience.
