Sciencely (formerly — «Umnaya Moskva») is an educational project that rethinks the study of natural sciences for children
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Business Development:
- Ensuring stable business growth in Sciencely branches
- Developing and scaling the core product — science clubs — in cities of presence
- Working with branch performance indicators, identifying growth opportunities, launching improvements
Franchising:
- Developing the franchise direction: attracting new partners
- Supporting and growing the business of existing franchisees
- Forming a clear and sustainable model for partner interaction
Regional Marketing:
- Developing a local marketing strategy for branches and franchises
- Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing tools in cities
- Supporting branches on marketing issues, assisting in launching and optimizing local campaigns
Network Support:
- Regular interaction with branch managers and partners
- Assisting in resolving organizational and management issues
- Building transparent, working communication within the network
Who they are looking for:
They are not necessarily looking for someone with experience in managing branches or franchises (though this would be a big plus).

- Management experience and the ability to work with business as a whole
- Strategic and systemic thinking: the ability to see the big picture and build processes
- Ability to work with metrics, hypotheses, and improvements
- Very good communication skills: ability to negotiate, explain, engage
- Independence, responsibility, and results orientation
- Interest in education and a desire to develop a product with real value

Conditions:
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, fully "white" salary
- Vacation 28 days + an additional month of paid leave after 3 years of work
- 5/2 schedule
- Hybrid (after the probation period — 2 days a week remote, 3 days in the office near Profsoyuznaya/Vavlovskaya/Universitet metro stations)
