We are Tochka Lyubvi - one of the leading Russian brands of adult products, lingerie, and intimate goods. We have been operating since 2015, developing our own retail network, actively present on marketplaces, and scaling our franchise.

We are looking for a Franchise Development Manager who will be responsible for selling and developing the franchise network in the 18+ segment.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and attracting potential franchisees (cold and warm leads, processing applications, working with databases).
• Conducting franchise presentations, consultations on investments, unit economics, and specifics of working in the 18+ retail segment.
• Analyzing candidate partners (financial solvency, readiness to work with adult assortment, alignment with brand values).
• Transaction support from the first meeting to the signing of the franchise agreement.
• Supporting partners at all stages of store opening: finding premises for store opening, renovation, staff training, turnkey launch.
• Operational support for existing franchisees: monitoring compliance with brand standards (including age restrictions and visual policy), assisting in resolving current issues.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of the franchise network, working with royalties, preparing reports.
• Participating in the development and improvement of the franchise package, considering the nuances of intimate retail.

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in franchise sales, retail network development, or B2B sales.
• Understanding or willingness to quickly immerse oneself in the specifics of the 18+ segment (regulatory restrictions, location specifics, partner communication).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to present products and close deals.
• Skills in market analysis, financial modeling, and unit economics.
• Experience opening retail outlets is an advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written Russian, high level of communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, CRM, 1C preferred).
• Willingness for a hybrid schedule (office + site visits and openings).

Will be a big plus:

• Experience with retail franchises (especially in sensitive segments: adult, lingerie, cosmetics, health products).
• Knowledge of specifics of finding premises for 18+ stores (restricted areas, approvals, visual limitations).
• Experience in creating or packaging a franchise.

What we offer:

• Salary: 120,000 – 130,000 ₽ net
• Official employment.
