IT Solutions Developer Tretie Mnenie is looking for an HR Business Partner who will become a strategic partner for the business and a driver of change in talent management.
Your tasks:
- Build partnership relations with heads of departments, helping to achieve business goals through effective personnel management
- Analyze HR processes, identify growth areas, and propose solutions to increase employee engagement and productivity
- Participate in the development and implementation of the company's HR strategy
- Support adaptation, development, and retention processes for employees
- Advise managers on team management, motivation, and conflict resolution issues
- Implement modern tools for assessing employee performance and development
- Support the company's corporate culture and values
Candidate expectations:
- Higher education (preferably in human resources management, psychology, economics, or related fields)
- Readiness to learn quickly and master new HR tools
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build trusting relationships
- Analytical mindset, systems thinking
- Proactivity, results orientation, desire to develop in HR
- HR experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory – we are ready to train
